Week 2, Day 2: Sorry, I missed yesterday...

So I missed yesterday due to having a miserable few days (will cover in my main blog www.thesecretivepilotswife.blogspot.com)...

But anyways here it is :

Last week: 187lbs

This week: 186lbs


So the one good thing in my life is that week one worked.

Sorry for the brief post - I need to go back to my miserable start of a day.

  1. That one pound is GONE. And even if it comes back, the exercise you did still benefited your body. The better foods you ate still benefited your body (even if it's mixed with junk, the good stuff is still helping).

    Good job! You can do this!
