Today, I jogged 5km's. I would jog about 3/4's of a km and then walk the rest, then repeat the process. I am so proud of myself for this.
Here is what I have learned:
In the past, when I would try, I would run about 30 seconds and be pooped out entirely. I was pushing myself too hard.
Jogging doesnt have to be much faster than a walk. In fact you to start slowly enough that someone could walk quickly beside you.
From there you can build up!
I am soo excited by thuis new discovery!

I'm not a runner by nature, but I am discovering a sort-of like for it. And I also get excited when I see my endurance increase.
